荔枝，美妙香甜的滋味讓人著迷。但，如果荔枝變成酸香迷人的味道，會怎麼樣呢？我們採用荔枝原汁，配合複雜的發酵工藝，採用多種酵母菌、野生酵母菌及益生乳酸菌，經由釀酒師的微生物學專業，釀造出在味覺上充滿奇幻創意，顛覆你我對荔枝既有印象的荔枝酸啤酒。打開瓶蓋首先聞到荔枝香甜的氣味，但喝下馬上會感受到酸啤酒獨特的酸味層次，最後荔枝甜美的氣息在口中環繞。水果原料:荔枝麥芽: Pilson、Wheat malt 啤酒花: Samtium

Mango Sour Beer 青芒果酸啤

採用源自2017年日本亞洲啤酒大賽銀賞的台灣艾爾青檨仔酸啤酒配方，再添加更多的芒果原汁及優質的台灣米，經過複雜的酸啤酒發酵工藝，釀造出這支果香更加濃厚但酒體較為輕盈的青芒果酸啤酒。入口首先感受到的是酸啤酒特有的強烈酸味，隨著味蕾慢慢從強烈酸味中甦醒後，芒果的香氣及甜味就會漸漸湧現，最後口中留下青芒果特有的刺激口感，讓人忍不住一口接著一口。水果原料:芒果麥芽: Pilson、Wheat malt 啤酒花: Samtium

Hoppy Yuzu 柚香啤酒

從讓啤酒更有趣也更貼近台灣的初衷出發，除了加入了台灣文旦柚子皮外，更在多次配方測試後使用新鮮的台灣米，配合精選的大麥芽、啤酒花、艾爾酵母，釀造出這款別具特色的淡色艾爾啤酒。冷泡進大量的台灣文旦皮及多種美式酒花，一打開瓶蓋，就能聞到柚子清香。清爽的口感中感受柔和的柑橘水果的香氣，尾韻是文旦皮的微苦微麻交織著台灣米釀造後的些許蜜香。台灣原料:台南麻豆文旦皮麥芽: Pale ale、Pilson 啤酒花: Chinook、Crystal、Cascade、Willamette 酒精濃度:3.5%

Longan Stout 桂圓黑啤

從讓啤酒更有趣也更貼近台灣的初衷出發，釀酒師將國產的煙燻桂圓及優質米，與精選的焦香麥芽、啤酒花、酵母結合成嶄新的黑啤配方。在黑啤酒的低溫後熟成階段中，以冷泡的方式，使台灣特有的龍眼木燻製桂圓的煙燻味、果香及焦糖甜融出。厚重的深焙麥芽味中，點綴著桂圓獨特的風味，最後出現的龍眼木煙燻尾韻，更是讓人驚艷。台灣原料:龍眼木燻製桂圓、新鮮國產米麥芽: Pale ale、Aromatic、Special X、Black malt extra，Roasted Barley 啤酒花: Chinook 酒精濃度:6%
